Old Urushi

The term Urushi refers to lacquer made from the sap of the Rhus Vernicifera tree. We apply modern day paints and cut them back by hand in a similar way to applying ancient Asian lacquer, giving a more pleasing finish than modern spray lacquers.

Seen here in red, with an additional tone to give an aged appearance. We are also able to use almost any RAL colour.

The mirror plate is antiqued in our Fossil antique mirror finish.

With Z bars for easy hanging.
