How We Work with Trade Clients
Partnering with designers, architects and makers, we deliver bespoke antiqued mirror, verre églomisé and gilded glass for residential, hospitality and commercial interiors. Each piece is made to order, with finishes developed to suit the design intent, site conditions and installation requirements.
From early design input through to survey, manufacture and installation, we provide a considered and reliable service tailored to the needs of the trade.
Scope of Work
We produce hand-finished antiqued mirror, verre églomisé and gilded glass.
All work is bespoke to the client’s requirements. Each piece is unique.
No finishes are off-the-shelf, and no two commissions are repeated.

Manufacturing Approach
All glass is hand-finished using traditional techniques.
This means that variation in tone, patination, texture and reflectivity is inherent to the work – and part of what gives each piece its character. Samples indicate finish type and character rather than exact replication, and uniformity should not be specified nor expected.
This is not a limitation; it is the nature of the craft.
Survey & Manufacture
Site surveys are carried out prior to manufacture as a matter of course. Glass is produced specifically to suit site conditions and substrates, with joints, edges and interfaces agreed in advance.
This approach minimises risk, reduces the likelihood of on-site complications, and ensures accuracy of fit and finish.

Installation
Installation is undertaken by our own team.
Fixing methods are specific to handmade glass finishes, and the final appearance is considered an integral part of the installation process.
Handling and fixings are critical to the end result, and we manage both with care.
Suitable Applications
Our work performs best when used as feature panels or focal elements, combined with considered lighting, and where character and depth are part of the design intent.
It is less suited to applications where absolute visual uniformity is required or where large expanses demand flat consistency.
We will advise honestly at concept stage if a project falls outside what we can reliably deliver.

Early Engagement
We welcome early involvement and collaboration in every project. Engaging at concept stage allows us to advise on scale, placement and finish. This helps align expectations with the end client, and ensures that the finished work supports the design intent. Essentially the earlier we are involved, the better the outcome tends to be.
